Important Guest Information

Guest Verification: All guests must upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is required to confirm your identity and provide check-in instructions.
Noise and Smoke Monitoring: The home is equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke; they do not record conversations.
Outdoor Security Cameras: For your safety, actively recording security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only.
Nearby Train: As part of the urban experience, the noise from a nearby freight train may be heard at times. We provide ear buds during your stay to help minimize the noise while you are sleeping.

Building Access & Parking (Lyric Lofts):

Your stay includes one covered parking space in the Lyric Lofts garage. One additional vehicle can park in the gated guest lot across the street for $15 per night; this must be arranged in advance through the Guest Lot Parking upgrade in your Boarding Pass so we can have the parking pass and gate clicker ready.
