The Vaughn

The Vaughn is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Atlanta with a private rooftop terrace — fire pit and outdoor movie screen included — plus a game room, two porches and parking for four. Minutes from the Atlanta BeltLine, Downtown, East Lake Golf Club, East Atlanta Village and Little Five Points. Sleeps 8 and pet-friendly. Short, mid and long-term stays for corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

The Vaughn spans 3,400 square feet across four bedrooms and three full baths, designed for families, executives and groups who want room to spread out. The primary suite has a king bed; two guest bedrooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom has two full beds — sleeping eight in all. The open living area centers on an indoor fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for real cooking.

Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace is the heart of the home: gather around the fire pit or settle in for movie night under the Atlanta sky on the outdoor screen. Downstairs, the game room keeps everyone entertained. A front porch and a side porch with a BBQ grill round out the outdoor space.

A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi support remote work, and an in-unit washer and dryer, garage, EV charger and parking for four vehicles make longer stays easy. We host short, mid and long-term stays for corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance and displacement housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, game room, rooftop terrace, both porches and the garage.

The property includes parking for four vehicles. Additional street parking may be available nearby; please observe all posted parking regulations.

The home features self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive and settle in at your own pace. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.

Access is limited to registered guests unless approved in advance.
